Elizabeth Beaudry 

Namaste, I'm Elizabeth Beaudry, and my journey into the world of healing is deeply rooted in my lifelong connection to energy. I've had the gift of sensing energy since I was born, sparking a curiosity about the subtle aspects of life that have guided me ever since. During my high school years, while others were engaged in sports, I found solace in practicing Tai Chi with Elders at the YMCA. It was there that I truly felt at home, as Tai Chi validated the energies I had always felt within myself, in my surroundings, and in my interactions with others.

My exploration of holistic medicine took me down many paths, but it was in 2008 that I first discovered Reiki, a practice that resonated deeply with me. I became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2012, and channeling energy through this modality felt like a profound form of remembrance—a return to something I had known on a soul level.

In my private practice today, I love offering services and classes to those who wish to take an empowering approach to their own multidimensional health and well-being. My sessions are a unique blend of Reiki, Light Healing, light languages, crystal healing, sound healing, breathwork, and more, all stemming from galactic shamanic traditions. During these channeled sessions that transcend space and time, I work hand in hand with your spirit guides and my guides, creating a space of acceptance and love. Together, we release the energetic components that cloud or hinder your development, realigning you with your truest self—the Light within.

Many of the techniques I employ in my sessions can also be taught to my clients or their loved ones, offering the opportunity to take control of their own health and well-being. It's my passion and honor to guide you on your journey toward wholeness and self-empowerment.
